The investment in garages continues to appeal to savers, more at a time when the returns of many financial assets are at very low levels. Investing in garages means a small outlay and you can get a return on 5 or 6% per year. Obviously, even if it seems a simple bet is not risk free and, as in any investment, it is necessary to analyze the area well and buy in places where there is demand.
